1. Payment terms & Conditions

To secure your booking, a non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking. This amount is outlined on your invoice. Your session date is confirmed when this payment has been received. This booking fee is deducted from your total session balance, with the remaining balance due 2 days prior to your scheduled session.

2. Payment Plans

I understand that photography is an investment and I'm more than happy to offer flexible payment plans. If you'd like to spread the cost over time, get in touch and we can arrange a payment schedule that works for you.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy



I'm a mum myself, so I totally understand that things happen and sometimes plans need to change. If you're unable to go ahead with your scheduled session, please let me know as soon as possible so we can discuss the best way forward. Cancellations made 3 days or more before your session may transfer the booking fee to a future session. Cancellations made with less than 3 days' notice may result in the booking fee being forfeited, as your session time has been reserved exclusively for you and is unlikely to be filled at short notice. My goal is always to be as flexible and understanding as possible, so please just reach out so we can find the best outcome for everyone whilst keeping your experience stress free.

4. Late Arrival

Please let me know as soon as possible if you're delayed. Depending on the circumstances of the day, late arrivals may reduce your session time. I'll always do my best to accommodate where possible.

5. Photographer Cancellation

If I'm unable to attend your session due to illness or an unforeseen emergency, you'll be offered the choice of rescheduling your session or receiving a full refund of any payments made. Please know that this would be the absolute last resort for me and I will do everything in my power to make other arrangements before cancelling your session.

6. Weather Policy

If the weather isn't looking its best, I'm more than happy to reschedule your session to another date so we can capture your memories in the most enjoyable conditions possible. Any decision to postpone due to weather will always be made together, taking into account the forecast, location, and your availability. My priority is ensuring you feel relaxed, comfortable, and able to enjoy your session, while creating the beautiful images you deserve.

7. RAW Files

Your final gallery will include the very best professionally edited images from your session, ready for you to download, print and treasure for years to come. I do not provide RAW unedited image files as part of our process. Thank you for understanding and trusting my creative vision.

8. Image Delivery Timeframe

A preview gallery of approximately 10 professionally edited images will be delivered within 5 days of your photography session. The remaining edited images will be delivered via an online gallery within 3 weeks of the session date.

9. Social Media Policy & Model Release

I may use photographs from your session on my website, social media platforms, portfolio, or other promotional materials to showcase my work. If you would prefer that your images remain private, please let me know at any time before or after your session, and I will respect your wishes.

If you withdraw your consent after images have been published, I will remove them from my website, social media accounts and future promotional materials as soon as reasonably practicable. Please note that I cannot control or remove content that has already been shared, downloaded, or reposted by third parties.

10. Copyright & Personal Use

Copyright of all images remains the property of Savannah Reimers Photography. Upon receipt of full payment, clients are granted a personal-use licence to download, print and share the delivered images for personal, non-commercial purposes. Images must not be altered, edited, filtered, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission. While clients are welcome to print their images with a printer of their choice, Savannah Evans Photography cannot be held responsible for the quality or colour accuracy of prints produced by third-party printing services.
