Photoshoot Giveaway - TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promoter

This giveaway is conducted by Savannah Reimers Photography (“Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Family members of the promoter are not eligible to enter.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway opens at 6PM AEST on Sunday 27 September 2026 at and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 4 October 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

• Follow @savannahreimers_photo

• Like the giveaway post  

• Tag one friend in the comments of the giveaway post.

Participants may enter more than once by tagging different friends in additional comments. Each eligible comment will be counted as one entry.

5. Prize

One winner will receive one photography session valued at $350.

The session may be used towards a:

• Maternity session  

• Newborn session  

• Family session  

• Couples session  

• Portrait session  

• Motherhood session  

• Other photography session agreed upon with the Promoter.

The prize includes a one hour photoshoot session and a minimum of 30 fully edited images consistent with the standard inclusions of the selected session up to a value of $350.

6. Location

The prize is available for sessions within the Promoter's standard service area, including Gold Coast, Brisbane, Redlands and surrounding areas.

Locations beyond 75kms of Ormiston, Redland City, Queensland 4160 may be considered at the Promoter's discretion and may incur an additional travel fee, which will be discussed with the winner prior to booking.

7. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a randomised comment selection process. An independent third party winner picker will be used to determine the winner.

The winner will be drawn on Monday 5 October 2026 and contacted via direct message from @savannahreimers_photo.

The winner will be announced via Instagram on @savannahreimers_photo on Monday 5 October 2026.

8. Claiming the Prize

The winner must respond to the Promoter within 48 hours of being contacted. If the selected winner does not respond within 48 hours of being contacted, an alternative winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

9. Booking & Expiry  

The winning session must be booked and completed within 12 months of the winner being notified, subject to the Promoter's availability.

10. Rescheduling & Cancellation

The Promoter's standard photography booking, cancellation and rescheduling terms apply to the winning session.

If the winner cancels or fails to attend their session without providing reasonable notice, the Promoter reserves the right to consider the prize forfeited.

11. Prize Conditions  

The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount.

12. Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions, contains fraudulent or misleading information, or is otherwise considered invalid.

13. Application of Promoter's Terms & Conditions

The Promoter's standard photography Terms & Conditions apply to the prize and any photography session booked pursuant to this giveaway, except where they are inconsistent with these Giveaway Terms & Conditions. By accepting the prize and booking a session, the winner agrees to comply with the Promoter's applicable Terms & Conditions, including those relating to booking, cancellation, rescheduling, photography services, image delivery and usage rights.

14. Instagram

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

By entering this giveaway, participants acknowledge that Instagram is not responsible for the promotion and release Instagram from any liability arising from or relating to the promotion, to the extent permitted by law.

15. Acceptance of Terms  

By entering the giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
