Black Friday Sale - TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promotional Period

The Black Friday promotion is valid for bookings made between 1 November 2026 and 30 November 2026 (inclusive).

All bookings must be confirmed and the required booking deposit received within this promotional period to qualify for the offer. Enquiries, quotes or tentative bookings made during the promotional period do not secure the discount without payment of the deposit.

2. Promotional Offer

Eligible clients will receive $100 AUD off the standard session fee for one of the following photography sessions:

• Couple photography session
• Maternity photography session
• Newborn photography session
• Family photography session

The offer applies to standard session packages only (1 hour shooting, a minimum of 30 professionally edited images).

3. Exclusions

The promotion does not apply to:

• Extended family sessions or sessions involving multiple immediate families.
• Commercial, branding, headshot or other photography services.
• Gift vouchers or previously purchased sessions.
• Existing bookings made prior to 1 November 2026.
• Any other discounted, promotional or specially quoted packages unless expressly agreed in writing.

Savannah Reimers Photography reserves the right to determine whether a requested session falls within the eligible session categories.

4. Booking & Deposit Requirements

To secure the promotional offer, clients must:

• Complete the booking process within the promotional period.
• Accept the applicable booking terms and conditions.
• Pay the required booking deposit at the time of booking.

The $100 discount will only be applied once the booking deposit has been received.

If a deposit is not received by 11:59PM on 2 December 2026, the promotional offer will be forfeited and standard session pricing will apply.

The remaining session balance must be paid in accordance with the payment terms outlined in the booking invoice.

5. Session Dates & Availability

The promotional offer applies to bookings secured during the promotional period, with photography sessions to be scheduled at a mutually agreed date.

6. Discount Conditions

- The $100 discount is applied to the eligible photography session fee only.

- The discount cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person or redeemed for a cash equivalent.

- The discount cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, discount, referral credit or special pricing.

- The discount is valid for one eligible session per booking.

- The discount cannot be applied retrospectively to bookings made before the promotional period.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

All bookings remain subject to the standard Savannah Reimers Photography booking, cancellation and rescheduling policies.

If a client cancels their booking, the promotional discount does not create any additional entitlement to a refund of the booking deposit.

Where a session is rescheduled, the original promotional discount may be retained provided the booking was validly secured during the promotional period and the rescheduling is permitted under the standard booking terms.

If a client cancels and requests an entirely new booking, the original promotional discount will not automatically transfer to the new booking.

8. Changes to Bookings

The promotional discount is attached to the original eligible session and cannot be transferred to a different session category, package or booking without written approval from Savannah Reimers Photography.

Any upgrades, additional services or changes to the original booking may incur additional charges.

9. General Conditions

Savannah Reimers Photography reserves the right to refuse bookings that do not meet the eligibility requirements of this promotion.

This promotion is not redeemable in conjunction with any other offer and is subject to photographer availability.

By proceeding with a booking under this promotion, the client acknowledges and agrees to these promotional terms and conditions, together with the standard Savannah Reimers Photography booking terms and conditions.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

11. Application of Terms & Conditions

The Promoter's standard photography Terms & Conditions apply to sessions booked with this Black Friday promotion, except where they are inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions. By booking a session, the client is agreeing to comply with the Savannah Reimers Photography applicable Terms & Conditions, including those relating to booking, cancellation, rescheduling, photography services, image delivery and usage rights.
